Chris Bond

Vice President, Acquisitions

Mr. Bond joined Pacific Acquisitions in 2005 and has directly overseen or participated in all property acquisitions since that time. In 2013 Mr. Bond also became the managing broker for Bond Commercial Properties; our Alaska based commercial real-estate division. Since 2011 he has overseen the ongoing development of an asset and property management company that primarily works with Pacific Acquisitions. Mr. Bond is a member of the Anchorage Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association), the Alaska Economic Development Council and is a Certified Commercial Investment Candidate. He serves on the board of the Anchorage Midtown Community Council and was named Anchorage’s Top 40 under 40 in 2013. Mr. Bond holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
