Mr. Bond has led Pacific Acquisitions and its predecessor companies since 1974. Since 2010 he has been focused primarily on the growth of Pacific Acquisitions’ portfolio. From 1992 to 2013 Mr. Bond served as the managing broker of Bond, Stephens and Johnson Commercial Real Estate where he was directly responsible for the successful completion of over 1,500 office and warehouse/industrial leases and over 250 commercial building sales totaling in excess of $2,000,000,000. Mr. Bond is a member of the Anchorage Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association), Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, Alaska Economic Development Council, Resource Development Council, Anchorage Multiple Listing Service, the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, the Alaska Military Housing Task Force, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
